Antares has probably vanished again instead of being a good host and staying till there is a winner. ;)

Is Australia even on this planet?

Of course, you could stick around and catch up today, Sophie. Oh, hold on... where's the host? FIX! FIX! SHENANIGANS! :thundergod:

It's alright, I'm used to the host dissapearing in my waking hours. I mean we can't expect people to stay up all night.

Australia is on the planet... I think. We are at the bottom of it I've been told.

In the genre Science-Fiction...

In George Lucas' THX 1138, no one has a name, they are assigned an alphanumeric tag. Robert Duvall plays the lead character THX 1138. He has a mate, who is played by Maggie McOmie. What was her alphanumeric tag?

Jeez, is that possible to remember? What kind of Uber-Geek is going to know this?

I don't, by the way! I'll take a guess at DSTY BIN 54321

Damn....I know the letters, but I cannot for the life of me remember the numbers.

The format is the same for all of them...3 letters, four numbers.

This a favorite of mine, too.

Is this too difficult a question? If so, should I pose a new one?

It's better than Star Wars or any of the sequels. Made when Special Effects weren't the dominating factor of good Science Fiction.  :training: :tomato:

I think you have to British to spot the Ted Rogers reference! ;)

Although I shouldn't have put the 5 and 4... shit, it's really late... :bag: Ted Rogers and Dusty Bin references? Good grief... :tomato:

Antares

I suppose you would say that if you think Star Wars is Science Fiction! Can't really compare 'em... Star Wars is Fantasy first.
