Please let me know what you guys think of 'Pacific Rim' when you watch it. Cant make up my mind if i'm going to buy it or not yet.

Just seen this movie. Well, what can I say? A nice no-brainer, kinda monster-machine Japanese style movie. Nice popcorn movie for a rainy saturday afternoon!  ;)

I would try to see it before buying.  I think it is a real matter of taste (or lack of :) ) to buying this one.
Thank you
David

Another contest win for me! This time, my choice of movie from the "Gates of Hell" thematic trilogy by Lucio Fulci (on Blu-ray, but dub-only).
I chose:

Tom

[tom]5014503245122.4f.jpg[/tom] Doctor Who: Remembrance Of The Daleks (£6.45/€7.62/$10.41/Amazon.co.uk)
A story with the seventh doctor. Now I have at least one episode of each of the classic doctors.
[tom]5051561001154.4f.jpg[/tom] Doctor Who: Series Five (£14.88/€17.59/$24.01/Amazon.co.uk)
Starting now with the 11th doctor.
By the way, who do I get to blame for my huge Doctor Who spendings this month?  :P
[tom]5050582926286.4f.jpg[/tom] 30 Rock: Season Six (£11.90/€14.07/$19.20/Amazon.co.uk)

[tom]5039036041492.4f.jpg[/tom] Boston Legal: The Complete Series (£29.75/€35.17/$48.00/Amazon.co.uk)
I know who to blame for this one  :tease:
I always was curious about this series because of Bill Shatner. After Karsten recently posted about this series, I finally put it on my wishlist. Shortly after it was on sale and I just had to buy it. Didn't plan on doing so so soon.

Just take the British box with the first three seasons. Don't even bother with the 4th American season.

I am a completist, so I had planned to order this set. It is only three pounds more.

You could do what I did....blame Jon.  ;D  That worked well for me.

I liked Torchwood too.  It is a bit...darker and more adult than Doctor Who.  I haven't seen the 4th season, so no idea how that was.

A lot of people don't like the 4th season as it was 'american'.  But i thought it still good fun.  It seemed to me that during the second season they were really still trying to figure out what Torchwood was going to be about.  The whole group or just Captain Jack.  The US has a lot of problems .. we could keep Captain Jack and crew busy for a long time <G>.
Thank you
