Since I know there are some fans of the show here that will like to see it (if they didn't already). This is the basically the same plot than the first episode but with 2 difference : Lori Rom is cast as Phoebe and Chris Boys is cast as Andy.

I have this episode on VCD... along with a few other original/unaired pilots.

Personally I am happy with the change to Alyssa Milano... I didn't care for the other girl in the role at all.

It's probably, since we have almost the same age, because you got a crush on her when you saw her the first time on "Who's the Boss". It was certainly my case 

Just find that the first season is on DVD. I must buy it after Christmas even if the show is certainly worst than in my memory.

I enjoyed Who's the Boss... and been thinking about picking up the first season as well... even if they don't release more seasons. And yes... Alyssa grew up very nicely... but when it comes to the Charmed girls... for me it is Holly Marie Combs all the way!  Holly is the only reason I picked up the first season of Picket Fences earlier this month.

But she's not Shannen Doherty. When she had quit the series my interest decrease a bit that's why I'm not sure if I will continue to buy the seasons after the third one.

I prefer Rose to Shannen. The first few episodes with Rose were clumsy and it seemed she was taking full center stage, but it evens out eventually.

I liked Shannen on the show a lot... and when she first left the series... and they introduced the half sister I was very fearful that it was a sure end to the series... but I have to admit... after the first few episodes I not only enjoyed the new sister... I got to prefer her. I don't want to take anything away from Shannen Doherty... I enjoyed her the whole time... and was disappointed that they couldn't work things out to get her in the final episode somehow. But Rose McGowan did an awesome job... and the storyline of her coming was better then I expected. Overall I just felt like it happened fairly smoothly and they did a great job with her once they had her. Needless to say I personally was impressed with the changeover and the actual outcome.

This is more because of the fact that the show is base on the 3 sisters and not really because of Rose McGowan. It seems to me that their powers are link to the fact that they are 3 sisters and it's confirm when they travel back and forward in time. Like I've said I've lost interest after the third season, so I've no idea how the show creator bypass the logic of the first seasons. But, I will probably buy the 4 one just to know it.
