So, Ive heard good things about this place... unfortunately I bought two items last week, one says

Awaiting Despatch

Est: 08/12/2009

the other says

Awaiting Stock Pick

Est: 11/12/2009

... nothing on their site explains what that means!

anyone dealt with this site before?

Yeah, it's basically Virgin Megastore rebranded. Used them a couple of times. I smell a rat that they piss in the same bucket as sendit.co.uk and I have used them a lot. Interestingly, my latest order from them is just a little bit later than normal. But I do mean by only a day or two so far, so don't read anything into that. Yet.

We had a zavvi store in our city centre until it collapsed last year :S but I did not know about this site until I noticed it on a comparison site :/ I hope my items arrive before Christmas.

I ordered some bluray from there last month, and delivery was just over 2 weeks, so they are slow but the items do turn up!

2 weeks is slow  
When I've ordered Last House on Dead End Street in 2002 at Archambeault it had taken 10 months to got it... Thank god I don't order my stuff in store anymore but on internet

Well... good news I guess :S the one that was "awaiting dispatch" and still is on there site, arrived today :S Im hoping for the other early next week.
