I don't do it too often for some odd reason... but there was a few movies on On-Demand I been wanting to see.

First last night I watched...

The Alphabet Killer starring the always lovely Eliza Dushku. This is a true story of a serial killer in New York. I really enjoyed this movie. Dushku did a wonderful job... and loved the scene where she escaped from the hospital. Not sure what I enjoyed more... seeing Dushku changing out of the hospital gown or seeing her kick the ass of the orderly. OK... I do know... but that is beside the point!  Drooling ! I definitely want to eventually add this one to my collection.

Then today I watched...

Juno This one stars Ellen Page... but the name  I saw in the listing that made me turn  this one on was Jennifer Garner (Alias). This is a light comedy/drama mix. I went into it not expecting too much... but I enjoyed it quite a bit. Not sure what I thought of Garner's character though. I mean she did the character well... but the character itself was a bit intense for my taste. And I personally would have liked to seen the character of the teen father more then what we did. But overall I enjoyed this movie quite a bit. But it is one of those movies that I am not sure I would watch again. At least not any time soon. If I do add this one to my collection it will be because I found it cheap.

The Brave One This one stars Jodie Foster... someone I find to be a wonderful actress in most everything she does. And this is no exception. As I really enjoyed this movie. Normally I like my revenge/vigilante movies to be heavier on the action then the story... but this is an exception to that rule as I really enjoyed the story here. This is one I definitely want to add to my collection.

I have not seen The Brave One but I bought that for my dad for last Christmas.  My plan originally was to borrow it so I could watch it...but I haven't done that yet.

The only thing I've watched On Demand recently was an episode of The Facts of Life.  I used to have such a crush on Lisa Whelchel...  Grin

The episode I watched was from a later season (I have the first 3 seasons myself), from a time the girls were a bit older.  Mackenzie Astin was a regular by this time.

I never have watched anything On Demand.  I'll have to look into that sometime.

I liked Juno when I saw it too...but I haven't wanted to see it again.  I did like the Brave One as well.

I loved The Facts of Life.  I wish they would hurry up and release the rest of the series on DVD..I want more than 3 seasons.

If you liked Ellen Page in Juno, you should watch 'Hard Candy'.

Pete, its probably not a 'father and daughter' movie.
Although, it might be more painful to watch for Pete than Brittany Devil
