Problems posting

Since the switch to new laptop, and using IE 8, whenever I post or reply in the forum, my preview window would start jumping halfway up the page upon each keystroke once my post became long enough to activate the scroll bar. Bloody annoying and even happens when I need to go back and edit a post. I will scroll down to the bottom of the text and as soon as I try to type something in, the preview window starts jumping halfway back up the page.
I can't find a fix for this even after running without add-ons or resetting all to default on IE  :shrug:
