Don't know if you have seen the 1978 version of "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" but ... i really enjoyed it.  And "Word's End" ... have you seen that yet.  It was ... odd .. but really loved it.  Can't wait until it comes out on Blu-Ray in 3 weeks or so.

I've seen everything listed above already. However, I remember not being overly taken with Nosferatu at the time, but am giving it a second go, hoping the combination of the reconstructed restoration and my being a bit older change my opinion (I didn't like Metropolis the first time, but now love the reconstructed version).

As for the two movies that you mention
[spoiler]I think I'll have to rewatch them in close succession or even back-to-back so I can see the full greatness of the homage/parody.[/spoiler]

Also, I canceled & redid my order for the three that release on the same date into a single order to save a bit on shipping (only 4p difference in prices overall on the three (I did my homework first) from when I initially ordered.
