Yes!

Even in the worst case all facebook has to do is rent a new server-farm and load a backup ... estimated offline time  < 10 hrs.

Regarding blocked video for property claims and country blocks and such: This Firefox add-on works for me to "release" those videos from their "imprisonment":

It adds a little button to the toolbar and when activated then it loads the video seamlessly via a proxy server.
