PHP DVD Profiler direct links

Is there a way in PHP DVD Profiler to link directly to a list ?  I've put all the DVD's I want to sell in my "Ordered" list.  I'm putting ads on classified web sites and I'd like to link directly to the Ordered list and French page.

French or English has to be set in localsiteconfig as default (i think)

Thanks guys.  The link works for the collection.  The language however is set in the localsiteconfig.php file and in a cookie, there's no support to pass it on the command line.
