I recently (this weekend) had to wipe my system clean and reinstall windows.

I redownloaded DVDP3.1 but about 15 to 20 of the images are missing.

I've tried the "Refresh All Images" option in the dropdown, but even so, they have not returned.

Any ideas?

Have you tried to select the profile with a missing picture and then go to the menu Online->Refresh DVD from Invelos->Refresh Images only?

Did you try "Database Repair Utility"? Or download your data from the online collection? Did you backup your database or would that be wiped out too after you reinstalled windows? The only other thing I can think of is to cut and paste the images that are in DVDP and apply them to your missing data.

If these don't work, wait until someone who knows what the heck they are doing to help!
