"Touti" doest not come from any DVD or movie, it's a nickname my sister gave me when I was young.  My familey stopped using it when I reached adult age but I pulled it out of the closets when I started using forums years after that.
No sure what the origin language is but it works the same in french and english, also in germanic languages but is spelled a bit differently in those cases.  It has variances in other languages like spanich and italian.
No, it hasn't been mentioned yet.

It took a bit of detective work. You did not post it anywhere that I found. You did use it to register a site that you called you home page on another forum. 

The search would have gone a lot smoother if I would have paid more attention in French class

It happens that Lyonsden5 is right but his "cheating" could have not paid because the registrant or contacts of a domain names aren't necessarily the owners.  My name appears as registrants for many domains that belong to my customers
