DVDP child profiles

Is DVDP supposed to download child profiles automatically when adding a box set ?  It has been a while since I used it but I thought it did.

I added my LOTR Trilogy and it didn't download child profiles but the individual cases don't have UPC's.  I don't remember how to handle this.

Nevermind I have my answer.

The Canada profile is wrong, I had to use Canada (Québec) to get the box set content
