Cliche game...

Okay, just a silly idea. Pretend you're going to make the most cliche driven multi-genre movie ever.

Post one cliche at a time waiting for someone to post another before you continue (and don't forget to carry on numbering them). Let's see how many we can get :D

I'll do the first couple to get the ball rolling...

1) We need to cast teenage girls who run up the stairs when being chase by a serial killer.

2) We need a police office who will be shot just two days before retirement, despite the fact he has been behind a desk to see out those last years in the job.

Oh this could be fun. I made a list of these a few years back. Let's see how many I can remember!

3) We need actors who have been trained to run in slow motion when escaping an explosion.
I have a collection.
It can be found here.
No need to check it often.
I update it only twice a year!

5) We also need enemies who don't know how to fire these weapons, missing every target by mere inches or always hitting items like railings directly in front of the good guy.

7) While being chased by the villains, the victim will of course continually look back causing them to fall down and get hurt.

But when these teenage girls actually want to call 911, then there's no cell service in the area.

11) We need to have at least one seemingly insignificant character in the film who helps "save the day." This can be through showing up out of nowhere in time to go call for help or to distract the bad guy or jump in on the action long enough for the hero to escape certain doom.

12) This insignificant guy is a homeless hobo who's been mocked by the first female victim of the killer but got a few dollars from the nice female lead. As it turns out, he's a former Army Rangers Special Forces members who can shoot the wings off a fly at 2 miles range.

13) When it's convenient, we need a bomb for disarming. This bomb must have an oversized digital timer either on its face or just under the easily-to-remove lid. This bomb, set to blow up 20 city blocks, can be quickly disarmed if you know which wire to cut: the red one or the blue one. The hero needs to cut the the wire with only one second (or one tenth of a second) left on the digital clock.
