Bitch Slap looks far too messy and cheap. Couple of good moments, but otherwise ropey!

Now Lesbian Vampire Killers is a much better prospect. The little fat fella in the trailer is James Corden who is currently riding about as high as you can go in the UK on the back of his wonderful sitcom (which he wrote and starred in) called Gavin & Stacey. It is really good, and I must pick up the set and demand a marathon! It kicks that crappy Big Bang Theory's arse... Tongue Devil

Anyway, although he didn't write it, this could be his Shaun of the Dead. And that's no understatement.

EDIT: Just noticed that Gavin (Matthew Horne) is sat in the car too. So it's all good!

I can't find a trailer for it, but Ninja Assassin sounds as though it could be a stormer.

Street Fighter: The Legend Of Chun Li -Always nice to see Kristin Kreuk on screen  Cheesy
Knowing -Nic Cage doesn't often make bad films IMHO.
2012 -The trailer in HD =  Shocked
Timecrimes -Interesting premise for this one, so expect the Ameican remake sometime in 2010.
Fast And Furious -The proper third part to the trilogy, methinks
Punisher: Warzone -The main film I want to see this year  Grin Cool

I saw the trailer for it on Friday when I was watching Role Models, and the people behind me sniggered when I said "F#$* yeah!!"  Bag

I can't remember seeing Jordana Brewster in anything since the first one and not seen Mchelle Rodriguez in anything else in ages.

I know you pointed out it's your opinion, but:  Laugh

 Tease

Nic Cage used to make good films, I'd go along with that... Nowadays he comes off rather pretentious and has a rather questionable choice of material.

The only Nic cage I can think of, off of the top of my head that I didn't like/swapped channel was Bringing Out The Dead.
I can even for give the accent in Captain Correlie Mandolin for three reasons:
Con Air
Face/Off
The Rock
Gone In 60 Seconds.

Ok thats four I know.

I think Bringing Out The Dead was one of his best. He annoys the hell out of me in Wild At Heart, otherwise I enjoy his performances when he's in something absurd (National Treasure), because he seems first in line to laugh at himself and have fun with it. He looks like he's taking this new one too seriously though...

I like Wild at Heart... But if anything I'd blame his performance in that to David Lynch... Wink

I love Face/Off (the one Hollywood film where they let John Woo be John Woo...). I enjoy the hell out of Con Air and The Rock and usually stay on them when I find them while channel hopping. Goe in 60 Seconds, however, does not interest me the slightest bit...

You say that GI60S doesn't interest you, do you mean you've watched it or that you have never tried it?

If you've never even tried it then you should amend that by doing so  Grin  I you have watched it and din't like it, why not?

Not exactly "must see" material, but I'm very much looking forward to:

Les Passages
with Marie-Louise Parker and Julie Dephy.

500 Days of Summer
with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel. Just had a great premiere at Sundance.

Manure
the new film from the Polish Brothers, which also just premiered at Sundance, but had rather mixed reactions.

Sunshine Cleaning
with Amy Adams and Emily Blunt.

I'm also mildly interested in:

Whip It!
the directorial debut of Drew Barrymore, with Ellen Page and Juliette Lewis.

2081
based on the short story "Harrison Bergeron" by Kurt Vonnegut.

I am probably the only here who wait for this, but this my favourite of all the action stars of the 80's.  Tongue

Movie review from Andy Copp

Pre-order at Amazon

Now why so many interesting dvd had to be released in april this year? If it's continue like that The Farmer will be release by Code Red in april too
