Have you checked that really every actor was processed?

I am using Regular Expressions and if they are too strict, it will ignore lines that don't follow that rule.

btw 0.1.0.2 is ready for download

Well... no. But it did get the main cast, and that's all I really care about.

 ;)

That being said, I just checked Hound of the Baskervilles and it missed a few.

All of the "main" cast are there, the "more" cast is missing 5 entry:

Leonard Carey    ...    Hugo's Servant (uncredited)
Kenneth Hunter   ...    Ship's Officer (uncredited)
Vesey O'Davoren   ...    Ship's Steward (uncredited)
Rita Page   ...    Chambermaid (uncredited)
John Graham Spacey   ...    Ship's Porter (uncredited)
Ruth Terry   ...    Betsy Ann (uncredited)
David Thursby   ...    Open Carriage Driver (uncredited)
Peter Willes   ...    Roderick (uncredited)
Mary Young   ...    Betsy Ann's Mother (uncredited)

Looks like it's not including anything with an apostrophe

Another day at the office with nothing to do is over.

Thus I hereby release CastEdit2 v0.2.4.0 (download).

It has now a settings screen with some fance options and unless there's a bug in it, I will leave it at that.

Now there's a "CastEdit2 for TV Shows".

Paste the URL of the show, select the season(s), select the episode(s) and tadaa!

Download "CastEdit2 for TV Shows" v0.1.0.0

I had started something similar a while ago but never finished it. As my CCViewer can display Profiler skins for each DVD, I had planned to make a generator to create html files for each profile and build a framework around. But with my little HTML knowledge I wouldn't have gotten such a nice framework like Doug did with his DVDCompanion for Profiler 2 and so I never had the ambition to follow this completely through. With some tweaks it would already be possible to generate the profile specific HTML files.

I got a interested again in this and I have now implemented a HTML export based on skins for the next version of my CCViewer with a little reverse engineering of DVDDoug's DVD Companion tool.
Now I have a very nice HTML export and no place to put it

Does anyone know a cheap webspace which can handle tons of cover scans and html files with decent amount of traffic? Advantage of a html collection is, that I would not necessarily need support of php, mysql and such.

have you looked at Site5? It the site Sebastien and Achim suggested to me. I'm not sure what you consider "cheap" or a "decent amount of traffic" but check it out.

I can recommend Site5, though I'm a little reticent these days, because to actually get the best deal (equivalent of 5$ a month), you now have to pay for 4+ years up front! I was already a bit queazy at 2 years up front  :-\

But, on the up side, Site5 has been very reliable, and they are quick to fix any problem that crops up.

I can only add a recommendation for Site5.

However, I'll admit that I have had trouble getting the e-mail address changed that is associated with my account. For some reason they don't seem to like doing that...

As it stands now, my collection would need 740 MB including cover scans.

About 370MB cover scans, 55MB headshots (will only include 1 headshot/person and only those actually in use in my collection; offline I have about 230MB of headshots including a lot of alternative headshots), 290MB HTML for about 2000 profiles.

Traffic depends on how many people browse my collection. Download per profile will include cover scans and headshots for cast and crew (if I plan to keep them).
Also I plan to link my cover scans for my reviews here from my collection instead of using the ones from Invelos. And of course the FTP upload for syncing the online collection.
