Plot:
Brace yourself - as the most spectacular history-altering adventure of all time continues in the hit sequel that proves lightning can strike twice!

Marty and Doc (Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd) have barely recovered from their first time-traveling adventure when they launch themselves once more into the space-time continuum. But this time around, their history-tweaking antics in the year 2015 create a frightful, alternate 1985 Hill Valley where bully Biff Tannen is rich, powerful and Marty's dead! Now, their only chance to fix the present is by going back to 1955 all over again. But can Doc and Marty patch up the past without igniting a universe-shredding time paradox? Fire up the trusty DeLorean and find out - as the powerhouse team of executive producer Steven Spielberg and director Robert Zemeckis rev up another round of brilliantly inventive, comically super-charged time-hopping action in 'Back to the Future Part II'!

My Thoughts:
Once this movie gets going... there is no stopping it. 1955...1985...2015... back and forth. There is a lot of time travel in this movie! Not to mention alternate realities. I really liked how they handled it all. I do wish they didn't have to change the actress that played Jennifer... not that I didn't like Elisabeth Shue because I definitely did. I just prefer to see the same cast playing the characters whenever possible. Over-all I really enjoyed this one... just as much as the first one!

My Rating:
Out of a Possible 5

My Thoughts:
Even though I caught a scene or two here and there when it was on cable... this is the first time I ever seen this movie from beginning to end. On the plus side... this one has Drew Barrymore and Sara Gilbert... both of who's work I have enjoyed when seeing it. Not to mention Cheryl Ladd for those of us that are Charlie's Angels fans. On the negative side... I have read a lot of reviews for this film... most ranging from decent to bad. So I went in hopeful but not overly so. I didn't notice till I put it in that this triple feature disc contained the pan and scan versions of the films. Another negative going in. After watching the film... I must say I enjoyed it more then I was expecting. Sure... I don't like the idea of a grown man going after his teen daughter's friend, but over-all I found the film easily kept my interest. And I thought the entire cast did a fine job. I would recommend this film. Though I would not recommend this triple feature disc. First of all as I said it is pan and scan... plus the video quality could have been better.

My Rating:
Out of a Possible 5

My PILOT Marathon, a review by Rich

FRIENDS - SEASON 1 - PILOT

First aired: 9/22/1994
This is the one where it all began... Rachel leaves Barry at the altar, meets the gang, and moves in with Monica. Monica, meanwhile, sleeps with Paul the Wine Guy, and Ross is reeling from his divorce from Carol, who has become a lesbian.

Great to go back after all these years to see where it all began. The show did not stray too far from the format of this first episode, and the characters matured with all 10 series. The jokes in this pilot are ok and the acting average, but the chemistry is perfect and indicates why this became such a monster hit series.
