Saw IV, a review by addicted2dvdTitle: Saw IV: Unrated Director's Cut Movie Count: 46 TV Ep Count: 8 Time Started: 11am Plot: When SWAT Commander Rigg is abducted and thrust into a game, the last officer untouched by Jigsaw has but ninety minutes to overcome a series of demented traps and save an old friend...or face the deadly consequences. My Thoughts: This is the first time I ever watched this movie. One I picked up because I liked all the previous movies in the series... and because I found it cheap on sale (the best way to buy movies!). Going into this one... I admit I had my hopes pretty high which is something I try my hardest not to do.Luckily this time it didn't hurt anything... as I enjoyed this movie a lot.. almost as much... if not as much as the ones before it. Of course I personally go into these movies looking for no more then a gore-fest. But they are more then that... I also find the stories themselves interesting. My Rating Out of a Possible 5 (From My Month Long Horror/Halloween Marathon: 2008 on October 12th, 2008) Surrogates, a review by addicted2dvd

My Thoughts: I never even heard of this movie before it was given to me this past September... and only first watched the trailer for it yesterday. The trailer looked really good to me... but I was quickly warned that I really have to pay attention to this movie as it can get pretty strange and hard to follow. But I didn't find that to be true watching it...I was able to follow it just fine. But then again... once I started watching it I was hooked. It kept my attention from beginning to the end. And I enjoyed it quite a bit. I found myself fascinated by the storyline. I can definitely see myself watching this one again. My Rating: Out of a Possible 5 (From June Marathon: Cast Chain on June 3rd, 2012) Valentine's Day Episode Marathon, a review by addicted2dvdVeronica Mars: Season 3 Episode 14: Mars, Bars One down, one to go. Veronica solves the Coach Barry case, but the O'Dell murder just gets more and more complicated. And guess what Logan finds on a Valentine's Day scavenger hunt: a new love interest. My Thoughts: This episode is a lot of fun. Jumping right to this episode it took me a few minutes to remember the ongoing storyline. But the episode... especially the scenes of the Valentine's Day scavenger hunt... were just a lot of fun. My Rating: (From Valentine's Day Episode Marathon on February 13th, 2010) |
