Plot:
Vijay Agnihotri is a wealthy, spoilt man who lives with his mother in the city of Mumbai. His mother has allowed him everything and more than that he wants. One day on a mishap Vijay manages to reach up with an air-hostess named Shivani Chopra, he immediately falls head over heels in love with Shivani. He tells his mother about his love, and his mother agrees to get him married, on there way to Shivani's house they get a nasty shock for Shivani had get married to Ashok Chopra, an air-line pilot. Vijay is unable to accept this proposal and continues to persuade Shivani to marry him. He even destroys Shivani's family and has her sent to jail. When Shivani is released from jail she plans to take revenge from Vijay and to make him account for all his sins.

A very early Shahrukh Khan movie, where he plays a character which is different then the ones he plays later on. Here is a psychopath who destroy a woman's life because she does not want to have anything to do with him.

The movie starts off like the usual romantic comedy. A wealthy arrogant man falls in love with a woman, but who rejects him. He then learns that she is marrying another man. The opening credits set in here, half an hour after the movie started, as if to say, that now, the real movie starts. SRK sets things in motion, which leads to him killing the husband of the love interest, framing her in getting her into the jail. Also her sister and daughter dies, as well as her unborn child. This is the point where the movie turns into Lady Vengeance.
SRK has deserved his Best Villain award. Also Madhuri Dixit did a great job.

The Fugitive


My Thoughts:
I enjoyed this movie quite a bit. Is a really good story. I have never seen the TV Series that this movie is based on. But I have wanted to for a while. One of these days I will blind buy this series. This movie has soe big stars in it with Harrison Ford and Tommy Lee Jones. I have been a fan of Tommy Lee Jones' for a while now. I don't think I have personally seen anything I didn't enjoy him in. It is a pretty long movie clocking in at 2hrs. and 10min. but the movie had me so captivated that I didn't even notice how long it was... went by in what seemed like no time at all. Unfortunately there is no real extras on this release... only some production notes.

Babylon 5: Marathon, a review by DJ Doena

Synopsis: An old friend of Londo's arrives at the station and asks for help. His house and his name are about to be destroyed with false accusations. Meanwhile the captains begins to get hallucinations.

My opinion: Alas, there are still Centauri who feel uneasy about this whole war. I liked the character of Urza Jaddo and I like the actor Carmen Argenziano (Jacob Carter/Selmak from "Stargate SG-1"). But the Sheridan storyline wasn't that interesting.


Synopsis: The Markab aboard the station and aboard transports begin to die. It seems to be of natural causes but there are to many of them to call it natural.

My opinion: Again you get to know some people just to see them die. In this case an entire species. And again a sad episode.



Synopsis: Lyta Alexander - the commercial teep from the pilot episode - arrives at the station and announces that there is a sleeper agent amongst the station's crew. But the sleeper him- or herself doesn't even know it.

My opinion: And this is how the Talia storyline has ended. And again we see the Psi Corps meddling with one of their own. But all in all not a very good episode.


Synopsis: Again Londo uses his associates (on Lord Refa's request) to strike against a Narn fleet, while the Centauri fleet is attacking the Narn homeworld directly. Meanwhile Draal - the Minbari who has taken the place in the Great Machine on the planet beneath B5 - asks Sheridan and Delenn to visit him.

My opninion: Great episode. One could see the sadness and disgust in Londo's face when he see's what his people are doing to the Narn homeworld (they've collected meteors and asteroids and shoot them on the planet's surface with mass drivers, a weapon that is outlawed by most planets including the Centauri). And a great speech when G'Kar is removed from the council.
I also liked the side remark, that the appearence of Draal has changed (he's being played by a new actor )
