The Bourne Supremacy, a review by DJ DoenaMatt Damon ... Jason Bourne Franka Potente ... Marie Brian Cox ... Ward Abbott Julia Stiles ... Nicky Karl Urban ... Kirill Gabriel Mann ... Danny Zorn Joan Allen ... Pamela Landy Marton Csokas ... Jarda Synopsis: For two years Jason and Marie have been hiding. But they have become sloppy and a Russian killer finds them in India and kills Marie when he tried to kill Bourne. Bourne was supposed to be the fall guy for a murder and cover-up in Berlin. Now they've made him angry and he wants revenge. And CIA Deputy Director Landy wants him caught or dead because she believes him to be the murderer of her agents. My Opinion: (From DJ Doena's movie watchings 2009 on September 28th, 2009) Son of Dracula (1943), a review by addicted2dvdSon of Dracula (1943) Carpathian Count Alucard is invited to the U.S. by a young "morbid" heiress (Katherine Caldwell). Her boyfriend (Frank Stanley) and local officials are suspicious of the newcomer, who is interested in the "virile" soil of the new world. My Thoughts: To me this is just an OK sequel. I enjoyed it well enough I guess... but it just wasn't as good as the previous ones. Count Alucard is played by Lon Chaney, Jr. and in my opinion... he is much better as The Wolf Man then he is as Dracula. Quality wise I have no complaints what so ever. Both the audio and the video is in very good condition. (From Classic Monster Movie Marathon on May 18th, 2008) The X-Files Marathon, a review by addicted2dvdThe X-Files: Season 1 5. The Jersey Devil Original Air Date: October 8, 1993 The agents investigate a series of murders thought to be committed by a half man half beast dubbed the 'Jersey Devil'. Guest Stars: Claire Stansfield as Jersey Devil Wayne Tippit as Det. Thompson Gregory Sierra as Dr. Diamond Michael MacRae as Ranger Peter Boulle Jill Teed as Glenna My Thoughts: Another excellent episode. Though this one may be because I am from New Jersey... and I am familiar with the legend of The Jersey Devil... though the show did take their liberties with the legend. I must admit I got a kick out of the discussion Mulder had with Scully's old professor. And that date Scully went on just looked painful. My Rating: (From The X-Files Marathon on March 28th, 2010) |
