She travels all the way from Shimotsuma to Tokyo to the shop selling her favorite "Lolita" designs hose. One day, she encounters a super-rebel Ichiko (Anna Tsuchiya), a member of motorbike gang. The two self-directed trendy girls find themselves taking different paths. Momoko wishes to be a "Lolita" designer and Ichiko fights her way to be a motorbike gang leader. Somewhat against their will, they slowly develop a strong friendship as they share their feelings on the odd going-ons around them.

The Proposal, a review by Rich

Title: The Proposal

Runtime:104
Certificate:PG-13
Year:2009
Genres:Comedy, Romance

Plot:Sandra Bullock is at her funniest in the fresh, laugh-out-loud romantic comedy The Proposal. On the verge of being deported and losing the high-powered job she lives for, the controlling Margaret announces she's engaged to her unsuspecting, put-upon assistant Andrew (Ryan Reynolds). After proposing a few demands of his own, the mismatched couple heads to Alaska where they have four short days to convince his quirky family and a very skeptical immigration agent that their charade is real. Featuring a star-studded supporting cast, including Mary Steenburgen, Craig T. Nelson and the delightfully inappropriate Betty White, this madcap comedy will have you saying "yes" to The Proposal again and again.

The 2013 Pilot Review, a review by DJ Doena

We Are Men

We Are Men @ IMDb
We Are Men @ Wikipedia

TV Line: CBS Pulls We Are Men

Synopsis: After he got stood up at the altar, Carter Thomas moves into a housing complex where he meets three other divorced men (Kal Penn, Harold & Kumar, House, M.D.; Jerry O'Connell, Sliders; Tony Shalhoub, Monk).

My Opinion: It's kind of pointless to write about a show that got cancelled after two episodes but for what it's worth I enjoyed the characters so far and I would have continued watching.
