My Thoughts: My original review of the R1 DVD is here. Even more wonderful and gorgeous now in high definition. The whole film popped for me with colour depth and brilliance and with the sound seeming to have an extra dimension even though it was only down mixed DTS from my PS3. Rating: Still a 5 from me I must look into upgrading my audio setup sooner rather than later edited for a typo (From Ghibli Blu's on July 8th, 2012) Dark Shadows, a review by GSyren

I forgot to post my review I had it watched right after the fifth episode 06. Calendar Geeks (2008-12-26) Writer: Graham Linehan (Writer) Director: Graham Linehan Cast: Chris O'Dowd (Roy), Richard Ayoade (Moss), Katherine Parkinson (Jen), Matt Berry (Douglas), Alexandra Weaver (Kimberly), Ty Glaser (Nadine), Ben Moor (Paul), Hazel Douglas (Joan), Hywel John (Dave), Jacob Edwards (Niall), Lewis Macleod (Charity Voice (voice)) My least favorite episode from the bunch. I think a lot has to do that Moss was missing a lot in this episode (I hadn't noticed his absence though like the other characters did ) Rating: (From The IT Crowd: Version 3.0 - (mini) marathon on July 31st, 2009) |
