My Thoughts:
Strangely, I didn't know this movie before. I stumbled across it, when I read a recent article on denofgeek.com recently about the best 1984 geek movies.
This movie is one of the first movies which did all visual effects on the computer. Of course it is really outdated now, but it is not that horrible. The rest of the movie is fun to watch. I can't believe that I never saw it before. It can easily compete with other 80s geek classics like WarGames.

A dynamic voice cast - Kevin Conroy, Tim Daly, Andre Braugher and Summer Glau - highlights this DC Universe Animated Original Movie introducing the world to Supergirl!

My Thoughts:
This one I enjoyed very much. Probably the best animated Super Hero movie I watched in a while. It has a very good story that kept me glued to the set from beginning to the end. There is also enough action in it to satisfy anyone. I loved the way the animation was done... and in my opinion the voices were right on as well. If I have any complaint what so ever... it would be the fact that I prefer the version of Wonder Woman that can't fly! But after watching a few animated movies where she does fly now... I am even starting to get used to that. But I think my favorite thing about this movie is that you get to a certain spot in this movie and you figure it is all but over now... but guess again!... as you get several more action-packed minutes in a final unexpected fight. I may have to rank this one as one of my favorite animated super hero movies! Added to all this... this 2-disc special edition DVD has a very nice selection of extras... including a featurette on Kara/Supergirl that I am getting ready to watch next. This is definitely one I feel more then comfortable recommending.

Tom's TV Pilots marathon, a review by Tom

Little Britain: Series One (2003/United Kingdom)
IMDb | Wikipedia

2 entertain Video (United Kingdom)
Length:225 min.
Video:Anamorphic Widescreen 1.78
Audio:English: Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo, Commentary: Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo
Subtitles:English

Plot:
Take a journey round Little Britain and meet all your favourite characters including juvenile delinquent Vicky Pollard ('No but yeah but no'), Daffyd Thomas, who claims to be the only gay in his village, Sebastian Love, the government aide with a mad crush on the Prime Minister, evil FatFighters course leader Marjorie Dawes, rubbish transvestite Emily Howard ('I'm a lady!') And, of course, put-upon helper Lou and his wheelchair-bound friend Andy - but does he really need the wheelchair at all?

This BAFTA award winning show is written by and stars Matt Lucas and David Walliams and also features Anthony Head, the voice of Tom Baker and original music by David Arnold.

Little Britain
1.01 Episode 1
Writer: Matt Lucas (Writer), David Walliams (Writer)
Director: Steve Bendelack
Cast: Matt Lucas (Various), David Walliams (Various), Steve Furst (Various), Paul Putner (Paul), Stephen Aintree (Fat Fighters Taxi Driver), Charubala Chokshi (Meera), Joann Condon (Fat Pat), Evie Garratt (Gran), Sally Hawkins), Siobhan Hayes), Lorraine Hilton), Ruth Jones (Myfanwy), Habib Nasib Nader (Gregory Merchant), Karen Seacombe), Tony Tang (Chinese Waiter), Anthony Head (Prime Minister), Tom Baker (Narrator (voice))

I like the humor of this series. The jokes got tired in the third series, but here it is still great. One of my favorite bits are the Dennis Waterman sketches. Also the prime minister sketches with Anthony Head are fun.
