This Darkness, a review by Jimmy

Title : This Darkness (2003)

Overview
When world-famous genetic engineer Dr. Van Helsing discovers the secret to immortality, his world is ravaged by true-blood vampires.

My Impression
Non sense and poor vampire movie, where the vampire attack an university professor because he had found a serum to became immortal and want it (sorry but vampires are suppose to be immortal they are no reasons for them to want the serum). Of course the vampire can live in the day, but they are cannibals also... I forgot you must shoot them in the head to kill them...

Completly lame and poorly acted... But the catacomb like place where they had filmed the end on a Florida beach is really beautifull and creepy.

The Three Stooges: Pop Goes the Easle
The stooges are down and out. With a cop chasing them, they flee into an artists studio where they are mistaken for students.

My Thoughts:
This one is a fun one. Especially liked the way they decided to end it.

Plot:
Inspired by his childhood experiences, comedian Chris Rock narrates the hilarious, touching story of a teenager growing up as the eldest of three children in Brooklyn, New York during the early 1980s. Uprooted to a new neighborhood and bused into a predominantly Italian middle school two hours away by his strict, hard-working parents, Chris (Tyler James Williams) struggles to keep his everyday trials and traumas in check as he thinks, talks or runs his way through one growing experience after another, both at home and at school. This debut volume of 'Everybody Hates Chris' on DVD contains all 22 Season One episodes of this acclaimed comedy series.

This is the first time I ever saw an episode of this series, even though I have had the first season for some years now. I had bought it on a blind buy. The episode was okay, but I won't be hurrying to watch the rest.
