My Little Bride, a review by Tom
Stars: Rae-won Kim as Park Sang-min Geun-Young Moon as Seo Bo-eun Sun-yeong Ahn as Teacher Kim Bo-kyeong Kim as Ji-su In-mun Kim as Bo-eun's grandfather Plot: Boeun is an ordinary high school girl who worries about her study and gets a crush on baseball team ace at school. One day, her grandfather orders her and Samgmin to get married. Sangmin, who grew up with Boeun and now an university student, always makes fun of Boeun and treats her like a little sister. Although both of them object this marriage, their undercover marriage life begins and Boeun even starts dating the team ace. It seems everything goes smooth until Sangmin is assigned to Boeun's school as a pupil teacher... Extras:
My Thoughts: The cover doesn't help disclaim the notion that this is some sick movie. They chose to show her like she is supposed to be some little girl. But she is a 16 year old high school student and he is in his early 20s. Of course she is still too young to marry, but it is handled quite well here. They both are forced by their families into this marriage and they both are opposed to this idea. They never crossed the line in this movie of making it immoral. The movie is worth a watch, even though it may not have any particular surprises Rating: (From Tom's Random Reviews on October 21st, 2010) Jurassic Park, a review by TomTitle: Jurassic Park Year: 1993 Director: Steven Spielberg Rating: FSK-12 Length: 121 Min. Video: Anamorphic Widescreen 1.85 Audio: English: Dolby Digital 5.1 , English: Dolby Digital Surround , German: Dolby Digital 5.1 , Hungarian: Dolby Digital Surround Subtitles: Arabic, Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, English, Finnish, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Icelandic, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, Turkish Stars: Sam Neill Laura Dern Jeff Goldblum Richard Attenborough Bob Peck Extras: My Thoughts: It has been a few years since I last saw this movie. I didn't even remember, that Samual L. Jackson was in it.This movie is still fun to watch, even if the then new technology has been copied and improved many times over since then. It may be, because even though it was revolutionary in regards of CGI, they still used a lot of great and proven animatronics. Rating: (From Tom's Random Reviews on November 27th, 2008) Charmed: The Complete Sixth Season, a review by addicted2dvd
Stars: Alyssa Milano as Phoebe Halliwell Rose McGowan as Paige Matthews Holly Marie Combs as Piper Halliwell Brian Krause as Leo Wyatt Dorian Gregory as Inspector Darryl Morris Drew Fuller as Chris Extras:
My Thoughts: This evening I finished off the 6th season. While this season has a lot of very good episodes in it... it don't have quite as many as the previous season. Drew Fuller is added to the main cast this season as Chris... a witch/whitelighter from the future there to save baby Wyatt from turning evil. Which is the main storyline for this season. Picking a favorite episode from this season is near impossible as I liked so many... but some of my favorites for this season include...1. Valhalley of the Dolls, Parts 1 & 2 10. Witchstock 13. The Legend of Sleepy Halliwell 14. I Dream of Phoebe 20. Witch Wars 21. It's a Bad, Bad, Bad, Bad World, Parts 1 & 2 Unfortunately there is no series related extras in this set. But the episodes themselves are more then worth the money you would have to pay for the set. My Rating: Out of a Possible 5 (From Addicted2dvd's Random TV Series Watched on April 18th, 2012) |
