Catwoman, a review by addicted2dvd

Catwoman

My Thoughts:
I have to say... I have mixed feelings about this movie. I know it is not a "good" movie. But I do find it to be a fun movie. I don't think I have ever read a positive review about this movie anywhere. And I do admit that they all have a point. One of the things I personally dislike about this movie is they take Catwoman out of the Batman universe. But I can forgive it and enjoy the movie for what it is. A leave your brain at the door fun movie... with a very hot looking Halle Berry in a skimpy leather costume. And it does have some decent action in it as well. But I will quickly admit that it takes more then that to make a good movie. But I will give it this much... it is an average fun movie.

My Rating:
Out of a Possible 5

Dinoshark, a review by GSyren

Dinoshark (5-060020-701207)
United States 2010 | Released 2011-05-09 on DVD from Anchor Bay Entertainment
90 minutes | Aspect ratio Anamorphic 1.78:1 | Audio: English Dolby Digital 2-Channel Stereo, English Dolby Digital 5.1
Directed by Kevin O'Neill and starring Eric Balfour, Iva Hasperger, Aaron Diaz, Dan Golden, Humberto Busto

My thoughts about Dinoshark:
I give this 1/2 star for the film itself, plus 1 1/2 star because it had Roger Corman in a "real" role, rather than just a cameo, which is all that I have seen before. And I knew coming to this what a Corman produced monster movie was likely to be like, so I was well prepared. Sometimes you just want a silly monster movie, and this is just that. So no regrets.
I rate this title

Tom's Glee Marathon, a review by Tom

Most of the music performed in this episode happen during halucinations. I am not sure I like that. For one thing they have a chance to copy the style of the original music video of those Britney Spears songs. On the other hand it doesn't really fit into what Glee has established so far.
We have a new regular guest star for the early part of the second season: John Stamos as the new love interest for Emma. He does a good job.

Brittana:
The "Me Against the Music" cover, of course. Brittany plays Britney's part. Santana Madonna's part.

Notable music:
This episode is a Britney Spears tribute, so most of the songs here are hers.

I'm a Slave to You:
This is the first solo by Brittany. As it is a dream sequence, the actress can really show of her dancing skills.

Me Against the Music:
The Brittana song in this episode. Even though I am not a fan of this music, I like this rendition.

Baby One More Time:
Of course this song has to be in a Britney tribute episode. Sung here by Rachel. For some reason it just doesn't offer much.
Video

Stronger:
Artie's performance is a nice take on it.
Video

Toxic:
My favorite song in this episode and one of the few which isn't a fantasy.
