My Thoughts:
Maybe I'm stupid but if you call your movie XYZ The Beginning this movie is suppose to be a prequel right? In that case why there is no connection to the first movie? Yes there are three brothers in the first film but... they weren't in a hospital for retarded inbreds and they didn't eat their parents when they were kids (their father is alive and well in the second film). Where the hell that big hospital came from and why it isn't condamned? I think the autorities will know that something isn't right after 27 years with no contact...

Anyway the fact this movie make no sense is the least of its problem... Once again we have a bunch of unlikable, uncharismatic and boring characters. We got some of the stupidest lines ever writen in a horror film: seriously,at one point they put the three inbreds in a jail but when one of the guy wants to kill them as they deserve one of the girl say "we can't kill them because we will be like them". Boo hoo cry me a fricking river, they just killed four of your friends and eat them fricking retarded liberal hippie. What do you want to do? Take a guitar and sing Kumbaya for the rest of the night...

Another stupid movie in that franchise.

My Thoughts:
I always liked this movie. I have seen it a few times in the 90's on German television. There were even two different German dubs. One in standard German, in the other, the actors were dubbed with French accents. This is unusual but I really liked that dub
Now was the first time I had a chance to watch it with the original French sound track.
This movie had a disappointing sequel and a US/French spin-off movie which I haven't seen yet. But I will soon because it was also part of the latest package. But I do not promise myself much from this new movie because I have yet to read a favorable review for it.

My Thoughts:
Just finished the 6th season. It is another excellent season. I enjoyed every second of watching. Even with such a great season.... it is extremely easy to pick a favorite episode. I have to go with the 2 part season finale where a guy that recently lost his wife comes in shooting up the hospital. Killing many... injuring many... including some regulars that has been on the show since the pilot episode. Excellent season of an excellent series!

Can you believe it? I started this marathon on Thanksgiving day with season one... and in only 8 days I was able to watch 6 seasons!... that is 125 episodes!

My Rating:
Out of a Possible 5
