Spies Like Us, a review by Dragonfire

Spies Like Us - I couldn't get the listing for it to load up in my page for my profiler for some reason.

Anyway..  I really like this one.  It is a bit silly, but it is very entertaining.  I think it is a good choice when I'm in the mood for something a bit silly or funny.  Chevy Chase and Dan Akyroyd were really good in the movie and worked well together.  A lot of the humor was a bit silly, but it worked for the plot of the movie and what was going on.

 ;D

I posted a review of the movie on Epinions a while ago if anyone wants to take a look.

My Sisters Keeper, a review by venomsinner

My Sisters Keeper

A depressing film, that makes people cry.

So, I got a call on mothers days asking if I would like to go around a friends and watch a movie with her and her mum, I obliged and was stuck watching what can only be described as the saddest film ive seen in a long time.

From the onset my friends mum cried, and I could see my friend fighting back the tears, not one personally for crying, especially at a film. it touched me in another way. It was sincere, having witnessed a relative deal with cancer in a similar way, it was very emotional to have it all come back to me in the style of a film. A film that for whatever reason was changed, probably for the better, from the book.

Overall,  whilst id say this is a greatly moving film, I would not recommend it, to overly emotional unless said people would like to cry through the entire film. But, it has a good, deep well put together story.

3/5

Angel Marathon, a review by addicted2dvd

Angel: Season 3

4. Carpe Noctem
Original Air Date: 10/15/2001
While investigating a string of deaths involving bodybuilders whose bones literally dissolved, Angel becomes trapped in the body of a 76-year-old man.

Guest Stars:
Stephanie Romanov
Daniel Dae Kim
Rance Howard

My Thoughts:
This is a fun episode. Has a few chuckles in it.  Definitely not a serious episode... and does little to advance the season long story arc. More of a filler episode.... but  a good one.
