Standing Ovation, a review by addicted2dvd

Standing Ovation
Inspired by a music-video contest with a million-dollar prize, five young classmates form a music group called "The 5 Ovations." Despite their limited resources, these street-smart teens have the skill and passion to create awesome song-and-dance numbers, and have a real shot at victory. Standing in their way, however, are "The Wiggies," five rich and unscrupulous sisters who will stop at nothing to win the contest.

My Thoughts:
I found this one on Netflix...I really wasn't all that impressed with it. Sure, it has some entertainment value but I found it to be no more then an average film. And I think I may be being generous saying that much. Probably won't be adding this one to my collection.

My Thoughts:

May the 4th be with you...

So of course I had to watch at least one of the films today. Watching these in production order this time. So next time I will watched them as the studios numbered them. This is a good continuation to the previous film. And it still holds up rather well after all these years. It really is hard to believe this film it almost 40 years old. It remains well worth the time put in to watch it. And I ook forward to contue watching the saga through--out this year long challenge.

While not bad... I still haven't been able to get into the Illyria storyline... and this episode is pretty much all that.
