Plot:
Struggling musician Peter Bretter (Jason Segel, Knocked Up, How I Met Your Mother) has spent five long and wonderful years idolising his celebrity girlfriend, television star Sarah Marshall (Kristen Bell, Veronica Mars, Heroes). His perfect world comes crashing down when Sarah suddenly dumps him for 'that guy' (Russell Brand) from that band'. But his plan to leave his troubles behind backfires when he arrives to find his worst nightmare has only just begun!

Now I remember what other reason I had wishlisting this Blu-ray besides starring (and written by) Jason Segel, who I knew from "Freaks and Geeks". It was lovely Mila Kunis.
It was also great to see other familiar faces like Jack McBrayer from "30 Rock" and Paul Rudd.
After the disappointing "Superbad" now a Judd Apatow produced movie again which I really enjoyed.
What really surprised me (this being an American movie), are the numerous male frontal nudity scenes. Looks like Americans finally are loosening up a little

My Thoughts:
What can I say... I really enjoy all the animated superhero movies. So when I saw this one cheap at Walmart yesterday I had to grab it... even though I have heard that this is not really that good of a movie. But I figured for such a cheap price I would give it a chance and find out for myself. I did however go into this one with very low expectations. Unfortunately even with the low expectations I was less then impressed. I can't really explain it... but I really didn't care for the style of animation used in this movie. I didn't care for the very beginning where the kids were sitting around telling stories of seeing Batman in action and thinking he was not human. And I found most the movie to be a bit confusing. It wasn't till the end of the movie. The final chapter with Deadshot that I really started to enjoy the movie. Of course by then the movie was all but over.

Now that was a fun episode. Also the Turnball courting Francesca is nice.
Even though Gordon Pinsent is in the opening credits, I don't remember seeing him once in this season so far. Though I remember him appearing a lot at the end of this series. So the best episodes should be coming up soon.
