Dragonfire

You could do that if you wanted to spare him some torture since he is bound to be miserable with Rocky Horror.

On the other hand Rocky Horror may come as a relief after having to rewatch "Sorority"

The Sorority
Year of Release: 2006
Directed By: Bodie Norton
Starring: April Cook, L. Michael Burt, Deirdre Kristen Williams, Peter Washington
Genre: Horror

Overview:
A small college town is gripped in terror as coeds are being found burned alive. Carved into their charred remains are the words "Join or die". The police has no leads, but when a student discovers that the hottest sorority on campus is actually a coven of devil worshipers, she's brutally murdered by the Satanic witches. At the student's graveside her sister vows revenge and sets out to make things right. Hunter becomes the hunted as she fights her way through a maze of Satanic rituals, murder, beheadings, lesbianism and black magic in her quest for vengeance, as all hell breaks loose in the final showdown between good and evil.

My Thoughts:
This is maybe the worst film I have ever seen.  I'm pretty sure it's worse than Genocyber, which previously held that position.  The acting is abysmal  - in fact, I think the play we put on when I was in the 2nd grade had better quality acting.  The script and effects are even worse.  This isn't a B-movie.  This isn't even a Z grade movie.  This is some, as yet unfound letter below Z.

On the other had, it may be the worst made film I've ever seen, but I didn't hate it as much as Dogma.  Sure, Dogma is, on every level, a much better film.  But I hated it ... and I hated it a lot more than this turd.

Bechdel Test: Pass

Overall: 0.5/5

I had forgotten what that was about.  Sounds bad.

So Pete and Jimmy....which is worse, this one or that Lizzie Borden movie you dared each other to watch a few years ago?

And NO, I'm not volunteering to watch either of them.   :P  Just in case someone gets a crazy idea.  I watched my share of bad movies before...it was rather fun to rip them apart in a review for Epinions.

Probably better to change this into 0.5/5
The point alone is easily overread.

Done.  Yeah, kinda noticed that when I looked at it again.

They are both bad... but The Sorority is the worse of the two.

It's like asking if I prefer to be hit in the head with a hammer or a tire iron :hmmmm:

Maybe I will rewatch Lizzie Borden someday (hey I watch it two times already), but The Sorority? No chance, I'd watch all the Twillight movies one after another in a single run before boring myself again with that film.

Dragonfire

  Ok.  Well you and Pete are in agreement then.  I just wondered.

Najemikon

I'm sure I saw a new Lizzie Borden movie the other day with Christina Ricci of all people. Well when I say I "saw", I mean it was on a shelf (not mine) and I kept walking...

Dance, have to say I liked the idea of putting ".5"; makes people check they read it right! But Dogma? Dogma is awesome.  :P

Danae Cassandra

Yeah, I know most people don't share my opinion there.  But I really can't think of a movie I had a stronger reaction of hate, hate, hate to than Dogma.

Sorry, by the way, I didn't mean to call you "Dance"! Silly auto-correct. :)
