Just finished watching season 2 of My Name Is Earl in which deaf actress Marlee Matlin has a recurring role as Joy's lawyer and it got me thinking that there really aren't any big stars with obvious disabilities that I can think of. I don't mean dyslexia or ADHD or anything like that, but ones that are noticeable to viewers.

For me they are big stars

Michael Berryman (Hypohidrotic Ectodermal Dysplasia),
Matthew McGrory (Marfan Syndrome),
Vincent Schiavelli (Marfan syndrome).

Michael J. Fox - Parkinson's
But he stopped acting because of it. Although, in recent years he seems to have agreed to a cameo or two...

Isn't Sylvester Stallone's face (partially) paralysed? For an actor surely a disability...

Kathy

Bethany Hamilton (Soul Surfer). Left arm amputee (bitten off by a shark).

He had an eight-episode arc on The Good Wife recently.

Yes, his one side of the face is paralyzed which is why his mouth is always hanging down on one side.

MEJHarrison

RJ Mitte (Breaking Bad).  He has Cerebral Palsy and needs crutches to get around (though it's overplayed just how bad it is on the show).

Dragonfire

Michael J. Fox did several episodes of Rescue Me too.  He's doing a new series...I think it is a comedy and is supposed to start sometime this year.  Not sure when and I can't remember which station.

Thanks for the video. I had once seen a video of an interview with him where seeing him with the condition made me a bit sad. This video instead was very uplifting, seeing that he is happily putting the condition out there and has come out of hiding (from the entertainment industry, although he had regular guest roles on TV it seems) to do so.

It is on NBC but it still doesn't seem to have a title or any real information ... Here is a link to some information ... New Michael J. Fox Show
