Have you set up a stakeout spot to watch for the UPS man yet?

How many times have you looked for the tracking number?

I understand being anxious for something to arrive..I was checking the tracking multiple times a day the last time I got a computer. I don't do it too much with movies or books..not multiple times a day anyway.

Ohhhh...I almost forgot.. Congratulations

But nope... no tracking number yet. I think we will see one soon now though. My friend just told me that she got a phone call from the place she ordered it at. Verifying the order. Something they said they do randomly for security purposes. So I imagine it is all but shipped. Will ship today. And I am hopeful that it will be here within the next couple days.

I noticed my brother was taking a nap... so I snuck onto his computer for a few minutes.

I now have the tracking number. Unfortunately it looks like I will have to wait a little longer then I expected. It has the expected delivery date of Wednesday 10/24.

Maybe I will get lucky and it will arrive early... but I doubt it.

When Brittany got home today... I was like hmmmm.... let me try something. I asked Margaret (my mother-in-law) to run me to the post office real quick. I grabbed the tracking number... and sure enough the new computer was waiting there for me... ready to go out in tomorrow's mail. So I grabbed it. And am now typing on my new computer!!!!

Yeah... pretty much. I do have a lot of set up to do too though. Getting back programs I had and such. But I am basically back!

No problem Pete. I was just curious because repairing computers is part of what I do at work. And at home when my wife's desktop or laptop start acting up.
