Checking imdb with his name now I know why he is so familliar to me. He is in Big Trouble in Little China, They Live, Lethal Weapon, Bill & Ted Excellent Adventure, Hard Hunted, Savage Beach and Die Hard

Now I can enter him in the uncredited cast for this episode thanks to you. If someone wants to do it in the database feel free to do it (it's for Charmed S4 Ep.18, he plays the guard who bring the Wizard to the Dark Priest) as I won't do it.
