Dragonfire

She could start the Christmas countdown torture now.  Wave a list of potential gifts just out of his reach or something.  Talk about Rocky Horror perhaps. :)

That was my thoughts as well, Marie.

It's a long time until Christmas!
I have a collection.
It can be found here.
No need to check it often.
I update it only twice a year!

Never go to bed mad. Sleep on the couch instead.

There are a few broken branches in every family tree.

Ok.... lets not give her any ideas!  :voodoo:  :P

...and then there's the torture in the not too distant future where Brit starts to date...

She hasn't showed any interest there what so ever yet Kathy. Good thing... I feel for any boys coming after her... I seen lots of horror movies. So I have lots of ideas I could steal!

No no no...don't say things like that in public.  You need denialibility in the future if it comes to that.  And then we could be character witnesses.  Oh he's such a nice, nonviolent man...he'd never do anything like that.
;D
See...you have to think of the alibi. ;)

"Yet" being the key word here.

One of my cousins was a true tomboy. While she was in her 20s, her younger sister had already been married and divorced (complete mistake by a wild teen) and her older sister was either engaged or recently married. I teased, "So... when are you going to get married?" knowing she wasn't even dating and all dating that she ever did was the "just hanging out" type.  The response she gave was a typical tomboyish with no plans of it ever happening, or at least no time soon.

Two years later she was married.

There's that and the fact that almost every guy I've met that was my age was an idiotic, stereotypical jock/country guy who could offer no intelligent conversation whatsoever. What can I say? I'm looking for a geek and they just aren't around here...I've mentioned this to my dad numerous times before.  :-\  (And I believe it is that reason why I've reverted to fangirling over fictional characters.) Heck, dad doesn't even have to worry about me dating in college because I plan to live in dorms and the main school I'm looking at only accepts girls.

As for the torture, I already took the liberty of bringing up Father's day yesterday when he had forgotten all about the holiday, his present and his torture. I brought it back to him.  8) Short-lived torture I know, but it will work until tomorrow.

All girls?.... Can I go too?  :drooling:

And yes.... Britt seen fit to bring back the torture yesterday. But there is nothing she can say to bother me now... I just think I will know this time tomorrow! Bring on your worse kid! I can take anything your throw now!  :tease:

Convince your Dad to move to Boston.
On the other hand, you'll be negatively surprised to see how many "idiotic, stereotypical jock/country guys" you'll find among the students. In my experience (which, admittedly, is some 20 years old), they supply the vast majority.

I'd say my best bet is an comic/anime convention  :-\
