Now see, I didn't know it was a book. $:-\$ Maybe I'll pick it up sometime, but I still have books from Christmas. (tho, I AM down to 2.....and halfway through one of them....)

I think I have copy of It laying around. I'll have to double check because I've been donating a lot of books to libraries.

If its gone I'll check out my library and second hand stores in my neighborhood. I know I've seen copies of It and other King books for a buck.

(I think there may be one movie out there that is original, the rest is all based on his books.)

Of course, the space issue might turn out prohibitive

It is one of his longer novels... But also one of his best (of the ones I read, and I read most of his early stuff).

I knew Stephen King was an author. I knew that his books turn into movies. However, some movies written by authors are original movies, not books (like u just said there was only 1.)

I just figured that It may have been one of the original movies because I've never seen the book version myself. (Some Stephen King novels overflow my school library, I figured if It was a novel I would have seen it but apparently not.)

As for space, yeah, I actually had to do some major rearranging after my Christmas books. Idk where I would put some more.

Well, the book comes recommended from me. I read it about 25 years ago and the final scene blew my mind... (my imagination was pushed to its limits

). Well, if they have it in the library, you could just lend it from there
