I seldomly use the main page. Usually just go straight to the forum. But looking at it today. Didn't there used to be 3 featured reviews? 2 movies and 1 TV Series?  Is that from this update... or something that was changed a while back and I never noticed? 

No. After upgrading the portal the whole frontpage was gone, I'm rebuilding it from scratch and from memory.

And in case there is an empty white bar on the left side, click on the "-" right beside the menu bar and it should be gone. The label says "Shrink or apand the header" and I have no idea where to disable it altogether.

You could always just downgrade or revert the version assuming it can be. . . or go in and remove that table from the stylesheet altogether (a bit of a drastic step, I know.)

Hope it won't stay like that, the top part is incredibly ugly and I don't like the colors

WHoever has a feel for it is free to adjust the HTMl code to make it look better.

Personally I don't like the new design. I liked the old design much better.

And also the "Recent Topics" column in the main page still bothers me a lot. If I remember correctly, it had smaller font (usually each post fit in one line (two max). Now there are 2-4). The topic itself I think was bold. At least it was different to the name of the poster. And as mentioned the blue thingy is missing.

The stuff in the top part was much better distributed. Now there is a lot of empty space.

On the main page on the left is a recent topics list. This had the blue thingy also.

Yeah, thought so. The new theme didn't come with a set of french images (you know, tongue and all...).

I've copied the ones from the Ocean Blue theme. You should see a "Nouveau" button now.
