OMG, BSG so good IMHO!!!

I was curious on how many times you've watched your favorite TV Series?
Already, I've watched S1 and S2 3 times (all the way through) since I got them in Feb. :D :D :D
Hmm, It's about time for another run, me thinks! ;D

Local country whine warning!!!
But, why does my country insist on delaying(read taking too long) the release of Season 3!? :brood:
I roughly calculate the appearance of BSG S3(at a retailer near me), around March... NEXT year  :o  It's p-ing me off, grrrrr!!!  >:(
...oh and getting a R1 release isn't really an option for me  :(

Edward Karlinski

Three times since February is too much. One should never overdo a good thing. Casablanca is my favorite film, and I make a point of only watching it once a year. Watching something too often can cause one to grow to dislike it because one becomes bored with it. This happens to a song which is overplayed on the radio.

I overheard a conversation once where guy 1 says to guy 2 that his friend watched (at that time) Titanic 67 times  :o :o :o  I went like -"WHAT!?", guy 1 says -"No, it's true", I went like -"WOW, that is plenty of watching!", they couldn't do anything but to agreed! Usually I don't meddle into peoples conversations but this time I just couldn't help myself. LOL

Anyway, my 3 times seems pathetically small after I heard that  ;)

I didn't like it.

I grew up watching the original(read proper) series and having Starbuck as a woman is just wrong.

In the beginning I didn't like it either but I got used to it. You're speaking out of nostalgia, not because of a fair comparison.

What is it that attracts you so to Dirk Benedict? :tease:

Because he was cool as fudge. He flew spaceship AND he was in the A-Team 8)

He wasn't as cool as Tom Selleck(  ), Harrison Ford(  ) or Burt "God amongst men" Reynolds(  8)  8)  8))

What do you think about the first two episodes of season 4?

Tomorrow I'll write a few thoughts but now it's midnight, I'll go to bed now.

The mini series was reshown on $ky last week as a warm up to the start of the fourth season.

Well I watched it.

It was ok. Didn't make me want to rush out and buy the dvd or anything, but if it was reshown from the beginning(and didn't clash with anything) then I would give it a go.

Maybe.
