Maybe for you... but that is definitely not true for me. I have tried it with some of my all-time favorite movies. Trying to watch it when I am just not in the mood for it (not knowing what I am really in the mood for)... and it always ends the same why... I just don't enjoy watching it... most of the time turning it off because I so can't get into watching it.

Also there is no garanty that we will choose movies that Pete will like... Sometimes it's fun to torture him with a musical film :tease:

Though to be fair..he doesn't have that many musical type movies in his collection since he avoids them like the plague.

Jimmy

But sometimes he got some of them in his care packages

I got to ask.... why does it seem so funny for people to send me musicals? I don't get it! :P

Have you ever watched another write guy dance to Moulin Rouge:P
I have a collection.
It can be found here.
No need to check it often.
I update it only twice a year!

I don't know that movie (Moulin Rouge)... but I have to admit... it was fun telling my brother (a big Ozzy Osbourne fan)... that according to DVD Profiler Ozzy plays a fairy in that movie! You should have seen the look on his face! :hysterical:

Ozzy Osbourne in Moulin Rouge?  I don't remember that at all.  But it has been a while since I last saw the movie.

He played also a preacher in Trick or Treat, not sure if it's the good title but it's about a rock singer who come back from hell, this is a great funny cameo. BTW this is certainly a movie who deserve a real dvd release (he is currently only available in a pan & scan format I think...), I even bought the soundtrack of it back in the days.

Another good one is a clean cut Alice Cooper as a piano man in Sextette. I know this film is cheezy but I like it and think it's a good comedy :-[

According to IMDb it's a voice-over job. Well, since it's a fairy, that was probably for the better

According to Luhrmann, only the scream at the end of the Green Fairy sequence is Ozzy Osbourne. The fairy herself is all Kylie Minogue.

Makes me wonder if DVD Profiler's credit is correct now. Oh well... I am going through all the discs sent to me anyway... I will eventually get to it.
