Unwatched DVDs

The first weekend marathon after a long month of only horror. With all the movies I had given to me lately how could I not do an Unwatched DVDs marathon? I am now up to 450 movies on DVD in my collection that I haven't watched yet! While it will be quite some time before I get this number down to anything really manageable... I feel the need to work on it this weekend.

Below is the list of 450 movies I have yet to watch. There is movies in this list that I have seen before. Just not since getting the DVDs. I am also included which are shipped but haven't arrived yet... as they may get here in time for this weekend's marathon. Those few titles I am putting in blue bold.

As always... if you see a title that you either like and want to recommend... or you are curious about feel free to ask for a review. No promises... but I will see if I can fit them in. Just keep in mind... I most likely won't watch any horror or thrillers this weekend... what with watching so much horror last month I still feel like taking a bit of a break from it.

My Thoughts:
Now... I know I never seen this "movie" before as I just got the DVD. The thing is... I remember this storyline pretty well. I know I have seen it. I have both Superman: The Animated Series as well as Batman: The Animated Series... I could be wrong here... but I am thinking that maybe this is a 2 or 3 part episode of one (or both) of these series that they also released as a separate movie? But that is fine... either way I enjoyed it.

My Thoughts:
This is one I caught on cable a while back... and remember enjoying it.... wanting to eventually add it to my collection. And thanks to a friend I now have it. After watching the DVD I still find it an entertaining and fun little romantic comedy... with a bit of a twist. It does get a little on the silly side at times. But definitely worth seeing. I would have liked to of seen a few more extras on the DVD though. Maybe a gag reel and possibly a commentary track with the stars... they must of had fun making this one.

Well, Pete and I can't watch Tombstone together...too long a commute for me!    I actually haven't watched that movie yet...maybe I should soon?

Pete, I'm not positive because I haven't watched most of Superman: The Animated Series yet but I think "The Batman-Superman Movie" is the combination of the 3-part episode World's Finest which is in volume 2 of the Superman set.  World's Finest Comics was the title of the comic book that Superman and Batman used to team up regularly in.

One of these days, I'll get back to the Superman set.  Animated wise, I've been concentrating on Justice League lately.  First I watched the first season of Justice League Unlimited (the third season overall) and now I've gone back to watching the first season of Justice League (first season overall).
