Antares. I just checked on wikipedia and what you was after was correct Laputa was the name of the Island and the Castle. It is too many years since I last watched this and my memory got confuzzled, although there is a connection to Lilliput deatiled in the wiki entry as in Jonathon Swift's Gullivers Tales there is a floating island called Laputa.
