Mixed emotions about this but my initial reaction is  Thumb down ! . What's next: Coming to a theater near you...  Bonnie Slap my head

On the other hand I enjoy westerns so any movie that showcases that era I'm all for.  Thumb up !

I think the story of Butch and Sundance needs to be left alone. They went out [BonJovi] in a blaze of glory [/BonJovi] (I know - wrong movie  Tongue ). Let the legend of their last battle stand. Why do we have to re-write everything  Undecided

There was a real Butch Cassidy...which I have seen photos of...but I'm not actually certain there was a real historical Sundance Kid.  Perhaps I should look that up?  Hmmmm !

Ok, I agree with Rick, it should be left alone. That said, I'd also read about the legend and how the truth was difficult to prove. Did one or both survive? Who knows, but it could make for a moody, nostalgic story.

Thanks for the Wikipedia link...I found that an interesting read.  I found the mention of Kid Curry interesting since I had heard of him before.  That "Kid" was a vicious killer...which is interesting that they used his name as one of the characters in the U.S. TV western "Alias Smith and Jones".  During the opening of the show the narrator said "In all the banks and trains they robbed, they never shot anyone..."  I guess that was a different Kid Curry...  Cool
