So Im looking for this film

So, im looking for a film, I have no idea (at all) what its called here is what I remember

I think it was either the 90's or early 00's

It was about a man who got stranded somewhere cold, he gets frostbite and his toe (or toes) fall off.

...For some reason I think it had Robin Williams in but i;m not entirely sure.

...Any ideas? :S i'm stumped.

I just tried IMdb's plot word search and "frostbite toe diary cabin" came up with nothin'. In fact, "frostbite" only came up with a few. So, no idea.

It probably isn't it, but Google search for "movie frostbite toe" came up with this movie: Into the Badlands

Thanks guys but it doesn't seem to be that either  Its one of the few films I remember watching with my parents when we had Sky Movies (years ago)

They both remember about the same as I do about it... :/ they both have no idea what its called

Plot seems familiar (those toes at least), doesn't ring any immediate bells though.

Achim, ive asked a few people and they say the same thing can't be a very good movie if nobody remembers the name!

Could it possibly be...The Survivors?  It's a Robin Williams movie and at least part of it takes place in the winter...but I've never seen it but I remember seeing promos of it many years ago.  Walter Matthau and Jerry Reed (a country singer who also did some acting) are also in the movie.  I think the movie came out in 1983, though.

Im not sure if thats it but it sounds familiar :S I think im going to have to get it and watch it... maybe I dreamt this film up
