Looking for movie

When I read this:
http://www.dvdcollectorsonline.com/index.php/topic,5716.msg99912.html#msg99912
it reminded me of a movie I don't remember much about.
It was either a shopping mall, too, or an airport or some other big structure. The new guy starts in the nightshift only to meet his colleagues, who are always sitting in the basement (or some storage room) and they are playing poker and talking about stuff.
Don't really know what else it was about and if something really happened.
Any ideas?

It doesn't sound so far off from
Late Night Shopping
, but not close enough. Definitely no poker in the basement.

The only scene I can recall with people playing cards in an airport is in "The Terminal" with Tom Hanks but I don't think that's what you're looking for.

Night at the Museum
Mirrors
Nightwatch
I thought of Night at the Museum, but figured he surely would remember that?
Also thought of Nightwatch (Danish original in my case, awesome film!), but figured that the morgue was too far removed from mall or airport.
