Amazon Canada currently has over 150 Blu-Ray titles under 20$, some even under 10$.  I ordered:

Stargate (Extended Cut): 10$
The Usual Suspects: 13$
Master and Commander: 15$
Out of time: 13$

I think this is a good deal, especially on Master and Commander which I can't way to see in Blu-Ray.  The other 3 are "Never seen" movies for me.

Ive noticed AMazon has quite a few blus under 20. In fact some of the pre-orders for brand new movies are $19.99 (they go up the day the movie is released)

You can get many in the $10-$125 range now. Some cheaper. Today I saw Terminator for $7.99 We're not quite to the $5.00 bin but I guessing by next year (if not for this holiday shopping season) we'll see a bunch of $7,50 movies.

Not sure if you have a site that you use to track the prices but I visit price-adjustment.com daily. I like that it gives a some details about the price of a movie. You can see if it's really a deal or not.

Master and Commander was already gorgeous on DVD. So if the transfer was handled well, it'll be completely stunning in HD

This is one of my favorite movies, I can't wait to see the scenes on the Galapagos Islands in Blu-Ray and according to blu-ray.com's review, the video is very good.

Unfortunately they don't have it in stock so my whole order is set to ship between Nov. 20 and 25, I'm gonna have to wait at least 2 weeks  :weep:

Jimmy

2 weeks it's nothing :P

In february next year that will make 3 years I'll wait for a book from Amazon
To be honest it was cancelled by the publisher, but my order was never cancelled by me or Amazon so I don't really hold my breath waiting

What's the book Jimmy ?

I wondered the same thing. I'll see if I can pick it up at one of my second hand stores.

This isn't exactly the one, but an OOP 1995 edition.

Just going trough my Amazon order history it seems that I don't have to wait anymore, the order is disapear with no trace...

Thanks Kathy, but the price online for a previous edition is too high (more than 60$ for the paperpack version new). Of course if you find it very cheap let me know, but I would be surprise.

It would be around 1.75 cents but they would of course round it to 2 cents.  So with shipping, taxes and customs you can probably have it for as little as $50.00 CAD. ;D

:hysterical: I just did a quick search for the polar opposite of what you really wanted. I never noticed it was just a penny!
