What's the point of having and advertising a tracking system if it doesn't track ?

Welcome to my world! It seems that most the stops don't bother to scan the packages... just send them on. I hate it too... but I usually still keep an eye on it as every once in a while there is an update. And I am  lucky I guess... my local post office is good about scanning it... so I usually know when it reaches my town. Which will tell me it will either be here that day or the next by the latest.

Tracking from the post office is less than useless.

My favourite is Royal Mail over here ....sometimes it says "You can't track this package until it has been delivered" ...

Najemikon

"Royal Mail"? Don't you mean "Knock-a-door-run"?  ;)

Poste Canada looks like that most of the time
You know that your package was delivered at the end of the day with the tracking, but since we receive our mail in the morning this isn't that helpfull. Of course I've ordered so many time online that I know 90% of the time when a package will arrive at my home... Just need to wait for the postman.
