VLC is region free, however sometimes you have to download a plug-in or codec to get it region free... sometimes its just a case of an update.

Thanks I'll probably end up just using my computer. Now I just need to get a job so I can buy the DVD's haha.

That's what I used to use when I still owned a PC.

Apple is a bit more complicated, but can be achieved also.
