phpdvdprofiler banner problem

Hi,

I know it's not that big a deal but when something bugs me then it bugs me.

When you have images in your banner that have a manually added Blu-ray banner then the code doesn't work correctly. The bottom of the cover is cut off by the amount the banner needs on the top.

Also if an image is more high than wide outside the 700:500 aspect ratio it gets "deformed".

I noticed the latter in my "book profiler" where this happens more often.

Also non-standard 700:500 images get deformed in the cover gallery because they are pressed into an 85:61 frame.

If you want to correct this before the next version of phpdvdprofiler comes out, go to http://dvdaholic.me.uk/forums/index.php?topic=668.msg5105#msg5105 and change your code accordingly.
