How to find someone in Israel

I need (would like to) find someone who lives Israel.  I have his name but I have no idea what region/city he lives in.  I googled "find people in israel" but frankly there's so much ads and crap on the result pages that I didn't try their search button because they really don't look serious.

Can anyone suggest a good site to search people and any other method I could use to find him ?

Oh btw, I did find some site that look credible but their search results are shown in Hebrew.

No idea in regards to Israel in particular, but is there a chance they use Facebook? I've found old friends before as well by searching for their name in relation to their hobby in Google and spotting where they made a post on some random forum...
