Thank you all! That certainly sounds liek the show I was thinking of. I have, however, no recollection of the German title being "The Specialists are go" (or so...)

The German DVD seems to have English audio, so I'll place it in my Wish List (thanks Jimmy ), in case I order from amazon.de again. (Darn, a little late, other wise my parents could have brought it for me to Taiwan, as they will visit here very soon.)

The DVDs has/have a runtime of less than 800min, seems it was a short-lived series...

According to This Site  Misfits of Science only lasted 17 episodes... and the last episode was never aired.

Just had a burst of memory. In the pilot movie (2-part episode) of Misfits of Science It showed that Courteney Cox had the power of telekinesis.. like the teen girl in Zoom... In pilot of Misfits of Science Courteney Cox used that power to lift a security guard or something into the air to get by him. In Zoom the teen girl did the exact same thing. Maybe a little homage to Courteney's past? or just coincidence?  :P

Coincidence or not, certainly a cool discovery, Pete!

Somehow I'm not surprised that the last episode didn't air.

I remember that her character had telekinesis..I never thought of that when I saw Zoom though..and I had forgotten about her doing that with the security guard.
