What is the difference between Con Air (Extended Cut) and the normal one?

Here is a comparison between the (german) theatrical cut (KF) and the extended cut:

The synopsis basically says that it removes cuts that were made for the R rating (blood and swear words). It extends the movie by 379 seconds.

I don't think it makes any real difference. If anything, these additions to the Bruckheimer films aren't usually by the director, so I can't help wondering, why were they cut? Enemy of the State is a long favourite of mine and I got that extended version. There was no point. I read up on Crimson Tide extended and saw loads of comments that said it also made no improvement. I couldn't be bothered to upgrade Con Air.
